The division into the pleats and duopleat blinds
The variety of models is not everything. On account of the the type of applied fabric, we can also divide pleated window blinds into two groups described below:
Traditional pleats
Traditional pleats are high quality fabrics made in 100% of polyester with very good parameters of thermal and sun insulation.
They are available in wide range of colors, patterns and structures. Furthermore they are made of materials certified as flame-retardant.
Large part of fabrics from our collection is covered on one side with pearl coating, which additionally reflects sunlight and prevents excessive heating the room. Additionally it increases the comfort of using computer or TV set located near the window. Pearl coated fabrics are also ideal for offices or conference rooms of each company. All our fabrics are certified by: Oko – Tex Standard 100.
We have fabrics with different permeability of light to choose:
- rubberized – ensuring 100% of shadowing,
- dimout – guaranteeing 90% of shadowing
- transparent fabrics, traditional fabrics and fabrics with pearl coating – giving from 0 to 85% of shadowing

Duopleat blinds
Duopleat blinds are fabrics with the section of honeycomb. They are characterized by increased thermal insulation.
Thanks to the space between the layers of fabric, the equalization of air temperature in the room with the temperature occurring from side of the window is possible. It turns into significant reduction of heat loss in winter and reduction of room heating in summer. Thanks to special construction of this type of material, there is the possible to produce pleat without holes in material.
Description of models
Basic information about offered models:
All models can be divided into 3 main groups:
- A: models destined for windows in vertical plane
- D: models destined for roof windows
- P: models destined for plafond windows
Do Models A and P can be operated by means of self-lockig string mechanism (mark O) or manually (mark B). Models D are operated only manually (B).
Thanks to such grouping it is easier to read information about given model.

AB41 – manually operated model installed to windows in vertical plane

AB41 – model for window in vertical plane.
The structure consists of two movable profiles.
The strings are mounted on the sides of fabric.
They can be up to 80 cm wide – the possibility of application of low profile, above this width we apply high profile or comfort profile.
Above the width of 120 cm we install 2 additional handles.
AB11– model for window in vertical plane.
One profile is permanently fastened (by means of clips), the second profile is movable.
Permanently fastened profile can be installed both at the top and at the bottom of window.
AB20 – model for windows in vertical plane.
The structure consists of four profiles. Two profiles are movable, two profiles are permanently fastened.
AB21 – model for window in vertical plane.
The structure consists of three profiles – two profiles are movable, one profile ist permanent.
Permanently fastened profile can be placed both at the top and at the bottom.
AB82 – model for window in vertical plane.
Model of pleat DAY-NIGHT.
It consists of four movable profiles and two fabrics.
For windows, which are less than 80 cm wide, low profile is recommended.
Above the width of 80 cm, we mount high profile.
AB34 – model for window in vertical plane.
Model of pleat DAY-NIGHT.
It has three movable profiles and two fabrics.
In this model fabrics never disconnect, they are joined by middle profile.
AB31 – model for window in vertical plane.

It consists of four profiles – three profiles are movable, one profile is fastened permanently.
Permanent profile can be fastened both at the top and at the bottom of window frame or recess.
AO10– model for window in vertical plane, operated by means of string.
It consists of two profiles, movable profile and permanently fastened profile.
Permanently fastened profile has to be mounted on the top of window, recess, wall or on ceiling.
The mechanism of operation (string) can be fastened on left or right side of the window.
It is solution for wide and high windows.
AO11 – model for window in vertical place, operated by means of string.
It consists of two profiles – permanently fastened profile and movable profile.
Permanently fastened profile has to be mounted at the top.
This model has additional side guide, so that pleat does not deflect.
It is application for large windows.
AO28 – model for window in vertical plane, operated by means of string.
It consists of three profiles – one profile is fastened permanently at the top, two profiles are movable. Movable profiles move up and down.
It has two operating mechanisms responsible for top and bottom profile.
AO29 – model for window in vertical plane, operated by means of string.
It has three profiles – one profile permanently mounted at the top, two profiles are movable (they move up-down).
It has two operating mechanisms responsible for top and bottom profile.
Additionally it has side guide, so that pleat does not move in the window.
The solution for large windows.
DB41 – model for roof window, manual operation.
It consists of two movable profiles (top-down) and two side guides.
DB11 – model for roof window, manual operation.
It consists of three profiles – two profiles are fastened permanently, one profile is movable.
In this model pleat opens only from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom (the customer can choose one of two options of operations).
Instead of guides steel wire is applied, which stiffens the structure of pleat.
DB21 – Model for roof window, manual operation.
The structure consists of two movable profiles and two profiles fastened permanently.
Pleat opens from the top to the bottom as well as from the bottom to the top.
Instead of side guides steel wire is applied.

Absorption, transmission and reflexion
For each fabric information about absorption, transparency and reflectivity is presented as a percentage.
Absorption – the degree of brightness of the fabric in full sunlight.
Transmission – the degree of permeability of light in full sunlight.
Reflexion – the degree of reflection of sunlight from the fabric in full sunlight.
It is worth remembering that all our materials are hand washable according to following instruction using a light detergent. It is important to leave pleat folded for 24 hours until its complete drying after blotting excess of water, so that the material will not stretch out.

Types
Profile types
Colors are not everything! Only our pleats are distinguished by it that we have as many as 4 different types of aluminium profile to choose: Mini, Royal, Comfort and Slim. All four types are always available in all colors.
What are the differences and how to choose proper profile for Your windows?
Mini profile– dedicated mainly to pleated shutters with atypical shapes and for models operated by means of self-locking mechanism. However this is not only it, because of its technical properties allow to apply it in all available models, as long as the width of pleat does not exceed 80 cm.
Comfort profile– profile with technical properties, which are approximate to technical properties of Standard Profile. It is possible to make pleat with widths reaching 150 cm. Its structure is best suited for windows with oblique glazing bead and it ensures maximum tightness.
Slim profile–
Innovative pleat handling system thanks to the new profile design.
- works on windows with narrow glazing bleeds
- suitable for mounting in balcony buildings
- ideally suited for installation on terrace windows in the HS and HST systems
In the Slim system, profile is characterized by:
- width 16mm
- no protruding handle, the recess in the profile allows you to raise and lower the pleat
- a new collection of fabrics
The Slim profile fits perfectly with the perfect click mount and is available in white and anodized silver.
Royal profile– dedicated mainly to AB41 model with larger widths or auxiliarily in other models. Its properties allow to make free hanging pleat with width up to 150 cm.
Invasive and non-invasive installation
Thanks to 12 different fasteners it is possible to mount it to all types of windows. We have 7 invasive types and as many as 5 non-invasive types of installation, what gives practically infinite number of ways to mount pleats on every surface: to window frame, to recess, to wall or to ceiling.
Price groups of pleats
As many as 530 fabrics are really rich offer.
Due to the variety of materials we created as many as 10 price groups in order to be able to fully adjust the highest quality to the lowest possible price.
Price groups from 0 to 5 for traditional fabrics and from A to D for duopleats allowed to create revolutionarily competitive prices for Polish product with the highest European quality.
